The Times to Come: Blood Moons. Mac Hammonds message March 3, 2013
I spoke of the imminent Blood Moon tetrad at Dinner, Isabelle and Claudia were listening intently, eyes fascinated, Dia announced,”Please wake me up mom..
I awoke at 3:17 and told myself to get up, opened the green drapes in the kitchen , observed that more snow had fallen and moved toward my coat to go check the Blood Moon visibility..Isabelle suddenly appeared from her bedroom, she stated that she had been awakened approximately 3:07 and was in some strange form ‘waiting for me to get up’..”Grab your coat ! Isabelle held HoneyDan against her chest nestled warmly underneath Mark’s blue ‘farmer plaid coat (i call it, from our early days of marriage)..Upon opening the front door we heard a loud ambulance siren, the scene outside very eerie and dark..snow on our shoes, the sound of crisp cold..crunch crunch..we 3 silently tip toed around the neighborhood..Isabelle remarked, “I hope we don’t wake anyone up !”. The weather people predicted our location would see the Blood Moon around 3:07 the 3:00 hour was here..we had been awakened, the visibility a disappointment I concluded this was caused from the fallen snow , gray sky..but towards the east (Isabelle thought) a brightness was detected, low. Every past Blood Moon picture I had researched in Israel the Blood Moon was low and powerfully red. So however disappointing were the visibility factors it was a rare beautiful moment with my Jewel & Siamese kitty boy. I was singing- “Holy Holy Holy Merciful and Mighty ..”
This morning read this : Psalm 104:19-28
” [The Lord] appointed the moon for the seasons; the sun knows [the exact time of ] it’s setting. You [O Lord ] make darkness and it becomes night; in which creeps forth every wild beast of the forest. The young lions roar after their prey and seek their food from God. When the sun arises; they withdraw themselves and lie down in their dens. Man goes forth to his work and remains at his task until evening. O Lord how many and varied are Your works ! In wisdom have You made them all; the earth is full of Your riches and Your creatures. Yonder is the sea, great and wide; in which are swarms of innumerable creeping things, creatures both small and great. There go the ships of the sea, and Leviathan (the sea monster ), which You have formed to sport in it. These all wait and are dependent upon You, that You may give them their food in due season. When You give it to them, they gather it up; You open Your hand, and they are filled with good things.
